Terms and Conditions for Opal Studios

Welcome to Opal Studios! By using our services, website, and any related platforms or materials (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. Opal Studios reserves the right to refuse provision of Services in the event of noncompliance with the Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
Opal Studios is a marketing firm that offers a variety of marketing and branding services, including but not limited to digital marketing, content creation, social media management, advertising campaigns, and brand strategy development. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or contracts.
2. Client Responsibilities
You, the client, agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required for the effective delivery of our Services. You are responsible for ensuring that all content provided to Opal Studios does not infringe on the rights of any third parties, including intellectual property rights, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered by Opal Studios will be outlined in individual service agreements or invoices. Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon terms, and failure to do so may result in a suspension of services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, and intellectual property created by Opal Studios in the course of providing our Services will remain the property of Opal Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may use the final deliverables for your intended purposes but are not permitted to claim ownership of the underlying materials or designs unless explicitly transferred in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Opal Studios and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business plans, marketing strategies, customer data, and any other confidential materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
Opal Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability for any claim related to our Services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the Engagement by providing prior written notice of 20 days. In the event of termination, the client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Opal Studios reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with these terms, including non-payment or breach of confidentiality.
8. Modifications to the Terms
Opal Studios reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised terms will apply to any services provided after the date of posting.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under this Agreement, if unable to be resolved through amicable settlement, shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad.
